Do you take returns?
Unfortunately, we don’t accept returns or do exchanges. If you have any issue with your vase, please don’t hesitate to get in touch. Please note that we also don’t accept cancelations for accidental orders.
How long does it take for you to craft my order?
Please give us about 3-4 weeks to create your order. It takes 1 week to build your vase, plus an additional 2 weeks to fire it. If you have any questions about process or delivery times, please get in touch.
Do you take international orders?
Yes, but it’s on a case-by-case basis as our vases are heavy and there may be substantial shipping fees. Note that the buyer is responsible for any shipping fees above standard US national rates, as well as any customs or import taxes that might apply. Finally, we don’t take responsibility for delays that may occur due to customs processes.
What happens if my vase is damaged during the shipping process?
If your order has been damaged during transit, please contact us right away. We require notification within 24 hours of the package being delivered. Send a photo of the broken item and the state of the packaging, and we’ll work with you to create a replacement or issue a refund if possible.
What happens if my order is lost during the shipping process?
If you believe your order has been lost in transit, please contact us immediately. Keep in mind that once a delivery attempt has been made, we aren’t responsible for packages held at or returning from a carrier facility. It is the customer's responsibility to track the shipment and arrange pickup or redelivery promptly.
What happens if I entered a wrong address for shipping?
If your item hasn’t been shipped yet, please contact us immediately with the updated address. If you don’t contact us before shipping, we aren’t responsible for orders lost due to incorrect address input.
Are the vases sensitive to temperature changes?
Yes! Place your vase in a location with little to no temperature changes. Your pants vase is designed to hold flowers and lukewarm water, or to be used as a display piece in your house. Large temperature changes can stress the ceramics and lead to accelerated aging and wear.
How durable are the vases? Will they chip or crack easily?
The vases are as durable as most ceramic art pieces, but may chip away if not handled correctly. Over time, vases may naturally develop fine cracks (i.e., crazing). This is usually cosmetic, but typically doesn’t affect most pieces.
